Fixed up things. :3

So I went through and fixed the joining thing and submitting pictures thingie :'D
So (if you're a member) all pictures submitted will be automatically approved as well as favorites.

Random people can send in favorites but, not gallery pictures.
You have to be a member or get a invite in order to do that ;3
